Takatoshi Tsuda, a fifteen or sixteen-year-old born on July 15th, serves as the Vice-President of the Student Council. His appearance is marked by light brown eyes and deep brown hair styled with long side bangs and shorter ones reaching his forehead. Personality-wise, Tsuda is laidback and dutiful, though he can be quite dense regarding romance.
