Special 2, Issei's Private Training!, features Issei receiving magic lessons from Akeno. Special 3, A Little Bold, Koneko-Chan... Nyan!, sees Koneko's personality magically reversed, leaving her incredibly sexually active and flipping her sexual preferences. Special 4, The Untold Story of The Dress Break's Birth!, offers flashbacks detailing how Issei first discovered and eventually perfected his special move, Dress Break. In Special 5, Making Udon!, Sona and Tsubaki prepare udon for the Occult Research Club as a penalty for losing a bet, only for the noodles to come to life in a peculiar manner. Finally, Special 6, Asia Transforms!, shows Asia attempting to prove she is as wicked as any demon by using ideas from Issei's magazines, going so far as to dress like a harlot and try to seduce him.

Their everyday lives are filled with misunderstandings and misadventures, most of which stem from their ironic age and appearance.

Their rivalry culminates in a high-stakes match aimed at settling unfinished business. Once the tiebreakers conclude, the winners are treated to a lavish experience after their rigorous training. Disagreements among some of the middle schoolers about the camp's purpose arise, leading to a resolution through a game of table tennis. After losing in a court shuffle match, Hyoutei Academy's Choutarou Ootori questions whether he deserves to remain at the camp. Rikkai's Bunta Marui offers guidance to help Ootori recover from his defeat and regain his confidence. A challenging court shuffle match unfolds between Rikkai's Akaya Kirihara and Shitenhouji's Kuranosuke Shiraishi. Kirihara's temper flares under pressure, and remembering a promise made to Kirihara's teammate, Shiraishi tries to keep him composed during the game. During a severe storm that depletes the camp's food supply, tensions rise among the students. Seishun Academy's Satoshi Horio is tasked with delivering a bag to his teammate Ryouma Echizen, but suspicion and unrest lead to a chaotic scramble as the students fight over what they believe to be hidden rations.

Before the movie's release, a collection of short specials was posted on the official website. They feature an explanation of the anime from the perspective of the twin characters, Motoe Nono and Motoe Nene. An extra episode was broadcast at the Clamp Festival 2012. It was subsequently included in the limited edition Blu-ray and DVD of Blood-C: The Last Dark.

A special recap episode compiling footage from episodes 48 onward, accompanied by previously recorded audio that had not been aired before. The concept behind this special was a potential true ending conceived by the Eureka Seven staff. In March 2012, Studio BONES decided to take existing footage from the TV series and pair it with new, never-before-broadcast audio, airing the result together for the first time on television. The audio for episode 51 reveals that Eureka must embark on a journey to scatter seven fragments of her soul across the land in order to pacify it. Ultimately, Eureka and Renton are forced to separate, but Renton promises that they will meet again someday, no matter what. Episode 51 has no connection whatsoever to the sequel Eureka Seven AO, as this was an actual ending that was never used during the original television run of the series. Eureka Seven AO continues from the events depicted in episode 50: Wish Upon a Star.
