Liselotte to Majo no Mori

Though she is utterly inept at tasks such as farming and cooking, noble-born Liselotte relocates to a distant land, accompanied by her twin attendants Alto and Anna. In the easternmost part of her new home, there is a forest rumored to be inhabited by witches. One day, when Lise is attacked by one of these witches, she is rescued by the sudden appearance of a young man named Engetsu. Despite being strangers, Engetsu bears a striking resemblance to someone she already knows...

Background

Liselotte to Majo no Mori went on hiatus in December 2013 to allow the author to recover from an illness. In July 2015, the author announced that she had no immediate plans to relaunch the series. The series was published in English as Liselotte & Witch's Forest by Yen Press from July 26, 2016 to July 18, 2017; and in French by Delcourt since November 5, 2014.
