Synopsis

In the Inter High Championships, Shohoku goes up against Tsukubu, a powerful opponent this season. The match brings together familiar faces from the past: Coach Anzai comes face-to-face with his former student, who now coaches Tsukubu, while Akagi and Kogure reunite with Godai, their old classmate and Tsukubu's captain. At the same time, Sakuragi gets annoyed by Nango, Tsukubu's center, who competes with him for Haruko's attention.
