Synopsis
In My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising, Class 1-A of UA High's hero program is chosen for a safety initiative on Nabu Island, where they help residents with daily chores to gain practical hero experience. Although the island boasts a peaceful atmosphere and a low crime rate, a formidable new villain named Nine emerges, seeking to create a society governed exclusively by the strongest quirks. Driven by his hunt for a specific quirk, Nine launches an assault on the island, endangering its people. While Class 1-A concentrates on shielding civilians and overcoming Nine and his cohorts, their mission undergoes a critical change upon discovering that Katsuma Shimano, a friend of Izuku Midoriya, needs additional protection. As Nine causes chaos to reveal the secret vital to his dark scheme and the heroes strive to keep Katsuma safe, the group must determine whether they can secure victory or if they will be trapped in an insurmountable challenge.
