Summary

Himiko Toga is a sixteen to seventeen-year-old villain affiliated with the League of Villains and its Vanguard Action Squad. Alongside her teammates, she serves as the primary antagonist during the School Trip Arc. Born on August 7 with a height of 157cm, Toga exhibits psychotic tendencies, harboring an obsession with blood and a particular preference for consuming the blood of those she loves. Her violent history dates back to middle school, where she murdered a boy she had a crush on and drank his blood through a straw. Following this incident, she evaded capture by both the police and Pro Heroes before eventually joining the League of Villains.
