Summary
Nine serves as the primary antagonist in the film My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising. Originally, his Quirk granted him the ability to manipulate the weather, enabling him to instantly summon destructive thunderstorms and generate a powerful tornado centered on himself. However, Nine noted that this power was too intense for his body to handle, causing severe damage to his cellular tissue. After undergoing genetic modification by All for One, he acquired a weakened version of the All for One Quirk. This new ability allowed him to steal the quirks of others and use them himself, with him managing to acquire up to eight different quirks. It remains unclear whether he could transfer any of these stolen abilities to other individuals. Unfortunately, obtaining this Quirk exacerbated the negative side effects of his original power and drained his stamina significantly faster.
