The Initial D series is famous for its numerous street racing sequences. This OVA lacks a central plot; instead, it brings all those races together into one stage. All dialogue from the original races is preserved.

Serving as a direct counterpart to how the original Initial D Battle Stage compiled the first three seasons, this OAV condenses the pivotal events and races from Initial D 4th Stage. It also features two additional battles drawn from the manga that were not included in the original 4th Stage broadcast.
