Summary
Atsurou Kawai serves as the leader of the Tochigi-based Seven Star Leaf, a group where he is known as a hillclimb racer. He relies on grip racing techniques and appears to be a competent driver, though his skill level pales in comparison to that of Takeshi Nakazato. His vehicle is tuned to produce 400 hp. During Project D's initial expedition to Tochigi, he faces off against Keisuke in a race.
