Worried about losing his global influence, England seeks advice from fellow nations on how to restore his country's status. Meanwhile, recently independent smaller nations are eager to establish their own identities. The Czech Republic and Slovakia, having just separated from Czechoslovakia, find themselves in conflict while struggling with an excess of free time.
