Navigating through extraterrestrial assaults and deadly disintegration rays poses enormous difficulties, yet Penny and Billy receive aerial support from veteran pilot James and his experienced leader, Captain Clayton. Together, they face a threat that goes far beyond ordinary human comprehension.

This unaired episode was released as part of a special edition Blu-ray. The girls learn from school principal Ryuko that Taiwan is being considered as the destination for their upcoming school trip. Because Taiwan is one of the few advanced cycling nations, she tasks the cycling club with going there as a preliminary inspection for the trip. However, as soon as they arrive in Taiwan, Hiromi and Sandy get separated from the group.

Human Crossing explores the intricacies of human relationships and the unpredictable paths life can take. It portrays everyday people as they cross paths in various unforeseen ways, much like pedestrians randomly meeting at an intersection without any clear direction. The series offers an unfiltered look at ordinary individuals in contemporary Japan, highlighting both the appealing and less admirable sides of their lives. It covers the story of a boxer whose past troubles catch up with him due to his estranged mother in "The Wound," a dedicated lawyer who fights for a struggling young mother in "The 25th Hour," a committed businessman who discovers the importance of true life values in "A Promise," and an independent woman who reconnects with her unreliable father in "Direction." Human Crossing consists of short stories focused on hope, illustrating the small victories that can be achieved amidst life's difficulties.

In the year 20XX, colossal mysterious mecha known as "Giant Robo (GR)" begin appearing across the globe, laying waste to cities. Fear grips the Earth, and Japan is their next target. The protagonist, Daisaku Kusama, a diving shop employee, meets an enigmatic girl named V, who guides him to the ancient ruins on Minami Yonaguni Island in Okinawa. There, he forms a contract with an enormous robot called "Giant Robo 1 (GR1)." Daisaku then enters into a contract with UNISOM, the main organization, and is granted approval to command GR1. His battle against the antagonist group GRO commences, leading to numerous dramatic events. Eventually, the Giant Robo of the 21st century will pose a question to the world regarding the true nature of its power.

In the year Meiji 38 (1905), the Russo-Japanese War that had raged since the previous year was intensifying. Faced with these harsh conditions, the Raimu Squad was reorganized. Its members were all girls. They were like any ordinary young women attending school and dreaming of romance, except for one thing: they possessed "Raimu." Inukai Kyoushirou, a young man newly appointed as the squad's leader, was driven by ambition to fight for Japan. When this young man encountered the five girls, a new chapter for "Raimu" began.

During the final Valentine's Day before her high school entrance exams, Nana Suzuki is determined but anxious about confessing to the boy she has liked for a long time. Her plans take an unexpected twist when her chocolates are accidentally destroyed, forcing her to rush home to make a new batch. Unbeknownst to her, her grandfather has modified the microwave into something strange. When she uses it, six additional versions of Nana appear, each with a distinct exaggerated personality and each granted magical abilities through crystals. Confronted with this unforeseen situation, Nana decides to put off her confession until her first year of high school. But her crush, the academically brilliant Yuuichi Kamichika, attends a prestigious school, meaning she must work very hard to get into the same one. Together with her six new companions, Nana gets ready to face the challenges of the upcoming exam period.

In a post-apocalyptic world where all water except that held in a reservoir has become poisonous, Sanga creates a refuge called The Lastland. When a village discovers a source of clean water, Sanga intends to take it by wiping out the villagers. Together with his group of assassins, he attacks the village. During the turmoil, a mysterious figure appears, quickly taking down several of Sanga's warriors. That figure is Kenshiro, a practitioner of the lethal martial art Hokuto Shin Ken. As Sanga will go to any lengths to obtain the water, Kenshiro is just as determined to stop him.

After relocating and enrolling at Mizuho High, he attempts to join its basketball team, only to find that the team is defunct. Still, Kazuhiko's enthusiasm and ability motivate his newfound classmates to band together and resume practice. Aiming to compete in the national tournaments—where young basketball players showcase their skills—Kazuhiko and his teammates strive to restore Mizuho's standing. The journey of the five central figures—Takumi Fujiwara, Tsutomu Ishii, Kenji Dobashi, Ranmaru Miura, and Kazuhiko Aikawa—commences as they set out to revive the Mizuho High School basketball team.

After moving from Nagasaki to Kamakura, Maiharu Hiromi tries to ride a bicycle to her first day at Minami Kamakura High School, despite not having cycled in years. At the entrance ceremony, she almost collides with Akizuki Tomoe, who then offers to help her get back into riding. This gesture deepens their connection into a close friendship. When they learn the school once had a cycling club, Hiromi, Tomoe, Kamikura Fuyune, and Higa Natsumi decide to revive it, forming the Minami Kamakura High School Girls Bicycle Club.

In the world of Duel Masters, five major civilizations coexist, and their realities can be brought to life through a card game played by duelists. These exceptionally skilled players are known as Kaijudo masters. Shobu Kirifuda is the top player at his local playground and dreams of attaining the same level of mastery as his father. His first step toward that goal is entering a nearby tournament, where he aims for victory. However, he suffers a devastating defeat at the hands of Knight, the world's foremost Kaijudo master. However, an ancient giant robot known as Onigami drives them away, preserving Japan's isolationist stance. This alternate timeline prevents the 1868 Meiji Restoration from occurring. The series' tagline proclaims: "I can be the greatest man in the world, because I am a virgin!!"

Curious about what the tower is for and where it came from, Kino and Hermes ask the townsfolk for answers, but no one gives them a clear explanation. As they spend time watching both the tower and the people around it, they try to figure out the reason behind this massive project. Every country has its secrets, and Kino believes it is worth understanding even the strangest of customs.

Feeling disturbed by Impact Blue's increasing fame as the top driver on Mount Usui, Mako Satou chooses to step outside her regular racing territory and aim for a professional racing career. Yet, her determination faces a challenge when she meets her former boyfriend, leading to a strained confrontation that unsettles her self-assurance. The narrative explores if the possibility of rekindling their connection could be sufficient to disrupt Mako's fresh enthusiasm for the racing scene.

Adapted from Kusunoki Michiharu's seinen manga serialized in Young Magazine, this story draws inspiration from real street racing on Tokyo's Shuto Expressway. A specific section known as the "Wangan," literally translating to "bay side" but commonly used to refer to the freeway itself, stands as the longest and straightest road in the nation. Racing here is inherently dangerous due to heavy traffic, including numerous trucks, leading to frequent wrecks and engine failures, particularly with extreme high-power machines. One day, Akio Asakura, a third-year high school student driving his Fairlady Z (Z31), faces a challenge from Tatsuya Shima, a doctor piloting his black Porsche 964 Turbo, nicknamed the "BlackBird." Accompanied by a friend in the passenger seat and two girls in the back, Akio makes a pitiful attempt to win but is ultimately defeated. Driven to become faster, he visits a junkyard for parts and discovers a pristine, unscratched midnight blue Fairlady Z (S30). Curious why such a machine is destined for the scrap heap, he purchases it. He soon learns the car possesses unnatural speed thanks to a tuned L28 engine, bored and stroked to 3.1 liters and equipped with twin turbos, generating 620bhp. However, he also uncovers a dark history where every previous owner suffered unfortunate accidents, beginning with the first owner's death. The narrative follows Akio's various encounters, with the central plot revolving around his relentless battle against the BlackBird for supremacy.

Chosen by the deity Origin of the Church, Flum Apricot—a simple country girl—is recruited into the hero’s party to fight demons. But her sole innate ability, Reversal, proves useless in battle, prompting the party’s sage, Jean Inteige, to view her as a burden. He eventually sells her to a human trafficker. Locked in the trafficker’s grim dungeon, Flum sinks into despair until desperation sparks a revelation: her power can transform the negative energy from cursed weapons into strength. Using this newfound ability, she kills her captor and escapes alongside another prisoner, Milkit. Now able to defend herself, Flum sets out on an adventure to build a happy life with Milkit, free from the Church’s dark schemes.

High school student Akira Nikaido is an ordinary slacker living a typical life until he encounters the enigmatic Shirogane, who appears out of nowhere and declares that the two share a destined connection. Akira is shocked and dismisses the claim entirely. When his friend Aya realizes she left something at school one night, she asks Akira to accompany her to retrieve it. He agrees, but while there, he is attacked by a shadow monster. Shirogane persuades him that the balance between the human world and the shadow world has been thrown off, and Akira must become a "shin"—a being from the shadow realm—to help restore equilibrium. The anime includes shonen-ai elements that are entirely absent from the manga.

Escaping the grim fate that awaits her in her home country, a young girl takes on the name and persona of the man who sacrificed himself to aid her escape. She finds refuge in a forest cabin alongside her talking motorcycle companion and receives tutelage from an aged firearms expert in the arts of shooting and survival. Although she feels at peace, she struggles with guilt over her benefactor's sacrifice and doubts using his name, understanding that she is erasing her true self by living under someone else's identity. The narrative explores her quest to embrace her newly formed identity.

In "Orient: Awajishima Gekitou-hen," after Musashi rescues Michiru Saruwatari from a demon, his companion Kojirou Kanemaki learns that his father had ties to the Uesugi clan. Wanting to uncover more about his past, Kojirou joins forces with members of his own clan to take part in Uesugi's military campaign against Yamata no Orochi, the eight-headed dragon demon that rules over Awaji Island and threatens the surrounding region. As Musashi becomes part of Uesugi's coalition, he confronts the harsh realities of battling powerful demons. Lacking the necessary strength and struggling with teamwork, he is forced to improve his ability to work with new allies. Meanwhile, the Kurogane Eight, who seek the Obsidian Goddess residing within Musashi, resume their pursuit and attempt to disrupt the operations on the island. As chaos escalates, Musashi and his companions must navigate the schemes of multiple factions vying for control over the Obsidian Goddess.

Saeki Koushirou makes a living as a wedding coordinator, yet his personal romantic life is a mess. Coming from a broken home—his parents divorced and he lives with his father—he finds it hard to give himself fully to love. He has a mother and a sister, but they have been out of contact for many years. After his girlfriend breaks up with him, a random meeting with a female high school student unsettles Koushirou's composure and stirs unfamiliar emotions within him. However, he soon discovers that this girl is actually his younger sister, who is now moving in with him and his father. And yet, the emotions growing inside Koushirou refuse to go away.

After family issues force Ren Uesugi and his sister Mihato to leave their home, they move to the city but quickly run out of money. They manage to find work at the Kuonji family mansion, where they become servants to the three Kuonji sisters: Shinra, Miyu, and Yume. This job also brings Ren into contact with the mansion's other servants and the Kuonji sisters' friends.

In Hinomoto, humans have lived under the illusion of peace for 150 years, controlled by demonic deities who secretly enslave them. Musashi spends his days mining for these beings, but harbors a hidden desire for freedom, believing the samurai are humanity's only hope. Ren Fujii is an ordinary high school student who recently ended a friendship after a conflict with his former best friend, leaving him without that close bond. With the support of Kasumi Ayase, his childhood friend, and Rea Himuro, a senior, Ren slowly resumes his normal school routine. Then, a wave of brutal murders breaks out in the town, with victims found decapitated. At the same time, Ren begins experiencing unsettling dreams in which he is executed by a guillotine. These nightmares foreshadow the violent and deadly conflicts that lie ahead.

After the tenth NOVA battle, the Chevalier determines that NOVA attacks are increasing and that their loss of Pandora soldiers is faster than they can produce new ones. In response, they initiate the E-Pandora Project, designed to convert ordinary people into Pandoras. Representatives from Pandoras around the world, including Satellizer, Kazuya, and Rana, are summoned to the Alaskan base to witness this new initiative. But as the project moves forward, suspicions grow, and the gathered Pandoras become more unsettled about its hidden objectives.

During this event, Kazuya mistakenly believes that Satellizer el Bridget, a powerful Pandora nicknamed the "Untouchable Queen," is his late sister and impulsively hugs her. Despite costing her the contest, Satellizer notices that Kazuya's touch doesn't repel her, leading her to choose him as her Limiter. As they forge a partnership, they must navigate the challenges posed by their seniors and the ever-present danger of the Novas.

Kino and Hermes choose not to judge the values they witness, maintaining their role as neutral observers in this small world. No matter how strange these beliefs may seem, they make no attempt to change or influence the places they visit. They hold a personal conviction that everything exists as it should—"the world is not beautiful; therefore, it is."
