In a nation shaped like a tower, rabbits occupy towns on floors 1 through 13, while the wolves are forced into the lower levels. The deeper down one goes, the harsher the living conditions and the weaker the security. Ascending requires a key that serves as proof of passage, but descending is free for anyone. In this land, a rabbit named Bell works each day to capture wolves, killing invaders without mercy. Then one day, a wolf appears beside her…!?
