In this spinoff of the highly popular series, Iruma, a cheerful yet destitute young boy from a harsh city slum, ends up in an unforeseen predicament. One day, he shares his final loaf of bread with a wounded elderly man and helps him recover. To his astonishment, the man is revealed to be Don Sullivan, the boss of the Babyl Mafia. Shortly afterward, Don Sullivan returns to Iruma, takes him away, and pleads with him to become his grandson. Thus, Iruma starts his new life as the heir to a vast mafia organization made up of demons.
