Kaito Sena has endured seventeen years of relentless mistreatment, leading a life filled with suffering. That misery appears to end when his own father strangles him to death. Not long after dying, Kaito is told he must serve an exceptionally beautiful young woman. He initially refuses, but eventually gives in to the pressure. This becomes the start of his life as the butler to Elisabeth Le Fanu, the feared Torture Princess. The church has assigned her to eliminate fourteen demons, and Elisabeth orders Kaito to join her on this mission. Yet she holds a firm conviction that a true torturer should meet a painful end, and she eagerly awaits the completion of her task, after which she will surrender to the church. Even with Elisabeth's brutal cruelty, Kaito finds himself strangely drawn to her unwavering commitment and resolve. As he grows used to his new role, he often wonders whether beings like the Torture Princess are ever capable of finding happiness.
