In the third year of the H-Era, after the initial Division Rap Battle, the Party of Words selects two more divisions to take part in the next competition. Among those chosen are Sasara Nurude and Kuko Harai, who were previously members of Ichirou Yamada and Samatoki Aohitsugi's group. Seeing this as a chance to face their former teammates, they begin forming new teams for the Osaka and Nagoya divisions. Sasara joins forces with his former comedy partner Rosho Tsutsujimori and a secretive con artist named Rei Ayamado, creating Dotsuitare Hompo. Kuko, on the other hand, partners with lawyer Hitoya Amaguni and visual kei artist Jyushi Aimono, establishing Bad Ass Temple. As these divisions collaborate to sharpen their rap skills, they start uncovering the history of the "Hypnosis Microphones." Alongside the other divisions, they also piece together more information regarding the disbanding of The Dirty Dawg and the government's hidden agenda behind the Division Rap Battles.
