Summary

Born on November 4, 0063 U.C., Amuro Ray grew up in the Side 7 space colonies after being born on Earth. His father, a technician for the Earth Federation, designed new weapons, which allowed Amuro to develop exceptional technical skills through observation. When Zeon attacked Side 7, Amuro encountered the RX-78-2 Gundam and piloted it to repel the invaders. Throughout the One Year War, Amuro discovered his Newtype abilities, becoming one of the most formidable mobile suit pilots. Due to the white color of the Gundam, enemies referred to him as the White Ghost. Following the war, he was placed under house arrest by the Titans, who feared he would join the AEUG. With assistance from his friend Fraw Bow, Amuro escaped and aligned with the AEUG. He later teamed up with Kamille Bidan, instructing him in Newtype techniques while secretly feeling jealous that he was no longer the sole famous Gundam pilot. After the conflict between the Titans and the AEUG, Amuro returned to the Earth Federation Space Force to combat Neo Zeon. He joined the Londo Bell forces alongside Bright Noa, eventually earning a reputation as one of the E.F.S.F.'s best pilots and receiving high honors among all soldiers.
