Synopsis

Continues the story of Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative

In U.C. 0097, one year after Laplace's Box was opened, the Universal Century Charter that recognizes Newtypes has been made public, yet global stability remains largely unchanged. The Laplace Incident is considered concluded following the defeat of the Neo Zeon faction called the Sleeves. During their final battle, two fully equipped psycho-frame mobile suits displayed powers far exceeding human capabilities. To keep these threats out of public awareness, the white unicorn and the black lion were hidden and erased from memory. However, the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 03, which vanished two years earlier, is set to reappear in the Earth Sphere, now referred to as the golden phoenix, Phenex.

In this installment

In the 105th year of the Universal Century, a fragile peace exists following the sacrifices of war heroes like Amuro Ray, yet the Earth Federation maintains its military dominance over Earth and its space colonies. Despite Char Aznable's failed rebellion, his vision of complete human freedom endures. Hathaway Noa, the son of a celebrated Federation commander, embodies both Amuro's steadfast dedication and Char's rebellious spirit. Haunted by the aftermath of Char's uprising, Hathaway leads a resistance group called Mafty under the alias Mafty Navue Erin, using force to counter the Federation's growing oppression. After a foiled hijacking by impostors claiming to be Mafty, Hathaway's true identity is revealed to Gigi Andalucia. Though he forms connections with Gigi and Federation Colonel Kenneth Sleg, his secret identity endangers their safety as the conflict between Mafty and the Federation intensifies.
