Summary

Born in 1987, Jou has aged from eight years old during the events of the first Digimon movie to twelve in Digimon 01, fifteen in Digimon 02, and eighteen by the time of Digimon Tri. He is a dependable and thoughtful individual, although he has a tendency to worry. Acting as the voice of reason for his group, he places a strong emphasis on being prepared. He holds the Crest of Sincerity, which is referred to as the Crest of Reliability in the English dub.
