Summary

Born in 1989, Mimi Tachikawa is six years old during the events of the first Digimon movie, ten in Digimon 01, thirteen in Digimon 02, and sixteen in Digimon Tri. Although she possesses the Crest of Purity, Mimi is initially characterized by a somewhat selfish and self-centered demeanor, with a particular obsession over her outer appearance. Beneath this exterior, however, lies a genuinely sweet and caring nature. Accustomed to being treated like royalty, she finds life in the Digital World uncomfortable, a challenge her Digimon partner, Palmon, attempts to address by teaching her that looks are not everything. During the Digimon 02 era, Mimi resides in America and returns with her hair dyed pink, her preferred color, alongside a new wardrobe. While she retains a princess-like attitude, she has matured to recognize that there are matters more significant than vanity.
