The true ending arc of Ore no Imouto consists of four episodes that diverge after the 11th episode of the main TV series, offering an alternate conclusion to the anime. These episodes stand in contrast to the good end arc of the TV series, which was an original ending created for the anime, and instead adhere closely to the source material from the light novels.

A brief flashback recaps the events of the previous Heaven's Lost Property series, leading to the point where an angel named Hiyori Kazane is dreaming while her real body remains in heaven. She has developed a crush on the main protagonist, Tomoki Sakurai, and fights until the end, at which point the world's memory of Hiyori is erased after she dies in her dream and returns to her real body. So desperate is she to go back to her dream that heaven's master modifies her into an Angeloid of Clockwork, but she regains consciousness with Tomoki's help. Even so, that is not enough to save her life.

Note: The full version of Hourou Musuko was originally planned to be 12 episodes, but the programming block on which it aired only had room for 11. As a result, episodes 10 and 11 were edited together for TV as episode 10, and episode 12 aired as episode 11. R-15 follows Taketo Akutagawa, a boy enrolled at Inspiration Academy Private High School, an institution for prodigies. Taketo is a gifted novelist who specializes in writing erotic literature. In spite of the unfavorable opinions many hold about him, he strives to become the top student in his class and achieve recognition as the world's finest author.

Haneda Takashi harbors a secret that forces him to stay in his ordinary school life, even though he longs to flee to another world. This choice is heavily influenced by his bonds with his timid little sister, Kobato, and his somewhat inattentive girlfriend, Watarai Asuka. Chitose Shuusuke, a broke moocher, gets by by juggling multiple part-time jobs. His first encounter with Tamaizumi Hiyoko is a mess, but when they meet again, he realizes they are coworkers at one of his jobs. Narita Hayato considers himself a rough and tough guy. He puts up with hard labor and stays away from typical social interaction, but he often goes to meetups of outcasts and night owls. At one of these, he encounters the cheerfully oblivious Otori Naru. As these three young men form connections with these girls, their lives are transformed. However, what truly links these young men together is still unknown.

In the midst of a long-standing war between the Levamme Empire and the Amatsukami Imperium, the Levamme prince declares his love for Juana del Moral and vows to conclude the war within a year as part of his marriage offer. Upon discovering this, the Amatsukami launch an assault on the del Moral estate with the intent to eliminate Juana. To ensure the prince receives his betrothed, the San Maltilia Airforce enlists a bestado, a mixed-blood mercenary, to covertly transport Juana to the Levamme capital. The pilot, Charles, accepts the dangerous assignment, but navigating the treacherous journey across the ocean into hostile territory proves to be far more challenging than anticipated.

This story is based on the guidebook "30-sai no Hoken Taiiku" (Health and Physical Education for 30-Year-Olds) by Mitsuba and Ichijinsha, and centers on unmarried men in their thirties who have never had any romantic or sexual experiences with women. Thirty-year-old virgin Imagawa Hayao is suddenly paid a visit by a cupid dispatched from heaven with the specific mission of helping him lose his virginity. This sets up a heartwarming romantic tale about a single man and a single woman, both in their thirties.

This two-episode special is numbered as episodes 13 and 14. The first episode continues from where the previous series ended, while the second episode centers on Natsuru's transgender journey.

According to official announcements, a two-part OVA series for Amagami SS will be distributed to those who purchase all the DVDs or Blu-ray discs of the TV series. The first release includes three short episodes spotlighting Haruka, Kaoru, and Sae. The next volume then offers mini-stories revolving around Ai, Rihoko, and Tsukasa.

In the world of Tokyo Butei High School, a place where students train to become armed detectives known as Butei, the story follows Kinji Tooyama, a second-year student who conceals his extraordinary skills to keep a normal life. His quiet routine is thrown into chaos when he becomes involved in a bombing incident while heading to school, causing him to encounter H. Aria Kanzaki, the school's leading S-Rank Butei student and a specialist in Assault Studies.

These exclusive original animation shorts were produced specifically for the DVD and BD-Box releases. The initial two episodes, available on both formats, feature Kurumi narrating short fairy tale adaptations of Cinderella and Snow White. The third episode, exclusive to the BD edition, revolves around a stage production of Romeo and Juliet, with Kazehaya and Sawako in the leading roles, while Chizuru, Ayane, and Ryuu are involved in the backstage work, and Miura serves as the announcer.

After the Catian alien Eris showed up at Kio Kakazu's house, life has been far from boring. The OVA Astaroette no Omocha is a three part short story series. In the first tale, Lotte and Asuha are seen looking for information for their school project. The second part shows the backstory of how Zelda first became Lotte's bodyguard. The final story is a flashback to ten years before the events of the anime, covering how the queen came to meet Naoya and how they conceived Asuha.

A parody of Lewis Carroll's classic fantasy novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, this version blends otome game elements with bishounen characters and added romantic subplots. Alice is portrayed here as intelligent, assertive, and cynically pragmatic, a departure from her typical depiction. Instead of following the conventional storyline, she is unwillingly abducted by a mysterious man with bunny ears who possesses a certain bishounen appeal, and is transported to a realm called Heartland. Trapped there due to the man's deceptive actions, she interacts with various inhabitants of this world. During her journey, Alice encounters Blood, a strikingly handsome mafia boss, and Ace, a charming yet deranged knight, among others. In this bizarre setting, Alice must navigate unexpected challenges and relationships.

One year after the events of the twelfth episode, with the school festival approaching, Daigo sets out on a search for a girlfriend to be his dance partner at the event. Will he manage to accomplish his goal?

Ranka's career as an idol continues to flourish in this sequel film, which picks up directly where the previous movie ended. Meanwhile, Sheryl's health takes a sharp turn for the worse after she collapses during a live performance. Behind the scenes, various factions are maneuvering to exploit the singing abilities of the two songstresses in order to gain control over the Vajra horde. As the entire Macross Frontier fleet prepares for its final confrontation with the Vajra, Alto is finally faced with making a choice between Ranka and Sheryl.

An amusement park that Keiichi and Belldandy once visited together is shutting down. They decide to go back on its final day for a long overdue outing. Meanwhile, an overflow of happiness in the world is endangering the Goddesses' relevance. The source of this excess happiness turns out to be Belldandy. Urd and Skuld must figure out what is causing Belldandy's happiness to surge before it spirals out of control and renders Goddesses unnecessary in this world. The storyline for Episode 2 has not been revealed.

The official website announced that an OVA of Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi would be bundled with the ninth volume of the novel. This OVA is an animated crossover combining Itsu-Ten with the fantasy story The Legend of the Legendary Heroes (Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu or DenYuuDen).

According to Kadokawa, an OVA of R-15 will be bundled with the tenth volume of the novel.

The official site has announced that the fifth Blu-ray and DVD volume for Onii-chan no Koto nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne!! will feature a previously unaired episode. This volume is scheduled for release on July 6th.

The OVA is included with the all-ages version of the OreTsuba PC game. It contains a much higher level of fan service than the TV series, with the content being characterized as "nudity plus 90%."

The full versions of episodes 10 and 11 that were previously edited together into episode 10 of the TV series.

The picture dramas that come with the Blu-ray releases consist of the following episodes: Let's Just Do It Radio!, Everyone's Breakfast, Himea's Guitar Class, Everyone's Bath Time, Traditional Atmosphere, and Izumi-chan's Hypothetical Scenarios.

These are DVD specials. Episode 1, "Lecture Shounen," features Macaron's special training under Kuu-chan. Episode 2, "Lecture brothers," involves Macaron's special training from his brother Daigorou. Episode 3, "Another Ending ~ Natsu Andou's imprisonment ~," presents an alternate conclusion.

"Sengoku☆Paradise Kiwami" originates from the same-named mobile otome game that gained popularity online. The promotional clip for the anime runs for ten minutes, with the first three minutes displaying footage from the series. The remaining seven minutes follow cast members Daisuke Namikawa and others (with Tetsuya Kakihara appearing in the first episode and Rei Mochizuki in the second) as they undertake different missions, accompanied by an educational segment.
