Synopsis
In Japanese history, samurai occupy a revered role, and any association with them is regarded with high honor among high school students. Kawakami City is home to many residents who descend from samurai bloodlines, giving the city an atmosphere of martial spirit, commitment, and hard work. At Kawakami Academy, students like Yamato Naoe weave this heritage into everyday activities, whether in studies, sports, or cultural traditions. Yamato and his six closest friends—three boys and three girls—make up a balanced yet competitive circle driven by camaraderie and mutual encouragement. Despite their long-standing friendship, the arrival of two new girls introduces unforeseen complications into their lives. Balancing the principles of the samurai tradition now requires handling additional "distractions."
