Continues the story of Food Wars! The Second Plate

With the autumn election preliminaries concluded, the competition has been narrowed down to eight exceptionally skilled chefs. In this final stage, participants engage in one-on-one cooking battles, each round centered on a unique theme. Confronted by new judges and rivals who excel in various specialties, Souma must stay vigilant and adaptable to succeed in both the autumn elections and his studies at Totsuki Culinary Academy.

After finishing their Stagiaire assignments, the Polar Star Dormitory residents and their friends head to a hot springs inn for a relaxing getaway. But their peaceful break is cut short when the inn’s kitchen staff get hurt, forcing the young chefs to take over all cooking duties. Unbeknownst to them, the guests they are serving are not just ordinary tourists. At the same time, Sōma Yukihira’s hunger for tough opponents grows when he, Megumi Tadokoro, and the other Autumn Election quarterfinalists receive an invitation to an Autumn Leaves Viewing event. There, the eight Tōtsuki freshmen are given a rare chance to share tea with the elite members of the Student Council, including Tenth Seat Erina Nakiri, who comes along with her fellow first-years. Though this may seem like a casual gathering between promising underclassmen and distinguished upperclassmen, Director Senzaemon Nakiri views it as a critical first encounter between the current leaders and their eventual successors.
