Summary
Tsukasa Eishi is a 90th Generation student at Tootsuki Culinary Academy who currently holds the prestigious position of first seat on the Elite Ten Council. Known by the alias Der Weiße Ritter der Tafel, which translates to The White Knight of the Table, he specializes in French cuisine and possesses the rare ability of True Gourmet. Despite his high ranking, Tsukasa harbors deep pessimism regarding his status, often feeling that he is undeserving of the first seat. He finds himself increasingly exasperated by the heavy responsibilities and workload imposed on him, a burden that intensified significantly due to the demanding schedule of the two Shokugekis that took place during the 43rd Annual Tootsuki Autumn Election.
