Summary

Isami Aldini is a student at Tootsuki Culinary Academy and the twin brother of Takumi Aldini. His extensive experience in the kitchen during his youth has established him as one of the finest chefs at the family restaurant, Trattoria Aldini, in Italy. While his hot-blooded twin brother seeks out fair challenges, Isami possesses a passionate yet gentle demeanor that allows him to befriend anyone at the academy, including his rivals. He maintains particularly good terms with Souma and Megumi, viewing the rivalry between his brother and the Yukihira Style Genius as something that inadvertently builds an unexpected friendship. Additionally, Isami experiences seasonal weight fluctuations; he loses weight during the hot sun of summer, regains it in the fall, and loses it again in the spring.
