Synopsis

Five hundred years before Genjyo Sanzo and his party set out on their journey to the west, the five key figures were gods, but their divine status did not guarantee moral uprightness. After the death of a close friend, Goku flies into a murderous frenzy, leading Heaven to decree his death. Yet Konzen Douji, Field Marshal Tenpou, and General Kenren resolve to shield Goku, even if it means bringing the entire celestial realm into conflict with them.
