Synopsis
Continues the story of Yozakura Quartet: Hana no Uta
Centuries ago, the boundary between the human world and the realm of youkai weakened, allowing inhabitants from both sides to cross over. In response, Sakurashin emerged as a vital hub for interdimensional traffic, sustained by the mystical Seven Pillars that attract youkai and managed by the Hiizumi Life Counseling Office, which is tasked with preserving harmony among the populace. The office is led by Hime Yarizakura, the young mayor of Sakurashin; Ao Nanami, a satori gifted with telepathy; Kotoha Isone, a half-youkai capable of materializing objects through speech; the oni twins Kyousuke and Touka Kishi; and Akina Hiizumi, the director who wields his family's inherited power to forcibly return youkai to their own dimension. Beyond their voluntary duties and efforts to resolve conflicts, the office handles Strikes—uncommon events in which humans suddenly acquire youkai abilities and begin causing chaos. However, with the arrival of a menacing individual, Strikes become more frequent, political enemies begin scheming, and dangerous figures converge on the town. As the designated protectors of Sakurashin, the Life Counseling Office must defend the peaceful community they hold dear.

Meanwhile, the local police force must confront a new threat from youkai hunters. This OVA comes packaged with the limited editions of the manga's fourteenth, fifteenth, and sixteenth volumes.
