Summary
Shidou Mizuki serves as a police officer in Sakuramachi and acts as the de facto guardian for the twins Mina and Kana following the disappearance of their parents. He handles their daily transportation to and from kindergarten. Mizuki was on good terms with the twins' parents and was present at their births. Additionally, he was classmates with Juri, Shiina, and Nadeshiko.
