Summary
Akina Hiizumi is a young man who works for the city. He possesses the ability to perform "tuning," a power that allows him to send youkai back to their own world. While he only utilizes this ability starting from the second volume in the manga, he demonstrates it from the very first episode of the anime adaptation.
