Synopsis
Continues the story of Peace Maker Kurogane
Haunted by the trauma of seeing his parents killed by a member of the Choushuu, Ichimura Tetsunosuke burns with a desire for revenge and strength. At fifteen years old, he goes to the Shinsengumi and asks to join their ranks. Yet Tetsunosuke lacks the skill, mindset, and emotional resolve to cut down anyone who threatens peace or the Shinsengumi without hesitation. Though his older brother Tatsunosuke and the new friends he makes among the Shinsengumi stand by him, Tetsunosuke has no idea just how much bloodshed and suffering lie ahead as a member of this historic group.
In this installment
A new anime adaptation based on the Peace Maker Kurogane manga. After witnessing his parents' murder at the hands of a member of the Choushuu, Ichimura Tetsunosuke is left deeply scarred. His burning desire for revenge drives him to seek power. At just 15 years old, Tetsunosuke approaches the Shinsengumi, hoping to join their ranks. Yet he lacks the combat skill, mental fortitude, and willingness to coldly cut down anyone who threatens peace or the Shinsengumi. Despite the encouragement from his older brother Tatsunosuke and the new friends he makes within the Shinsengumi, Tetsunosuke has no idea of the bloodshed and suffering that await him as part of this historic group.
