After the U.S. military overthrows a brutal Central American dictator, a thirst for revenge arises. When the Bay City Hotel unveils its state-of-the-art supercomputer, the deposed leader and his hacking-savvy daughter hatch a scheme. Using her computer skills, they seize control of the hotel's room service system to aim a nuclear missile at Washington D.C. Their nuclear retaliation plan faces an unexpected obstacle—City Hunter. In "City Hunter: Million Dollar Conspiracy," the gorgeous American Emily O'Hara hires the City Hunter duo of Ryo Saeba and Kaori Makimura for one million dollars to protect her from a man named Douglas. The pair accepts the job, but soon finds the situation is more complicated than it first seemed. There is a suspicion that Ryo himself may be the actual target, even though it remains unclear who wishes him harm.
