Synopsis

After the U.S. military overthrows a brutal Central American dictator, a thirst for revenge arises. When the Bay City Hotel unveils its state-of-the-art supercomputer, the deposed leader and his hacking-savvy daughter hatch a scheme. Using her computer skills, they seize control of the hotel's room service system to aim a nuclear missile at Washington D.C. Their nuclear retaliation plan faces an unexpected obstacle—City Hunter. The only remaining question: will the girl pushing the launch button or the man pulling the trigger act first?
