Durarara!!

Synopsis

In the lively Ikebukuro district of Tokyo, whispers abound regarding enigmatic gangs and perilous individuals, with the most notorious tale centering on the "Black Rider," a headless specter speeding through the streets on a black motorcycle. Mikado Ryuugamine yearns for the thrill of urban living and relocates to Tokyo after an invitation from a childhood friend. Upon his arrival, he catches a glimpse of the Black Rider, suggesting his desire for adventure may finally come to pass. However, as bizarre incidents begin to surface, Mikado and other ordinary citizens find themselves entangled in the turmoil sweeping Ikebukuro, sharing the stage with the area's most eccentric inhabitants.

Johnny Yong Bosch and Kari Wahlgren were nominated for the "Best Male Lead Vocal Performance" and the "Best Female Lead Vocal Performance" awards at the BTVA Anime Voice Acting Awards in 2012 for their performances in Durarara!!.
