Synopsis

In "Durarara!! Specials," Celty Sturluson accepts a delivery job for a mysterious red handbag, which quickly draws the attention of various shadowy factions. As she navigates through Ikebukuro, she is pursued by enigmatic strangers speaking an unfamiliar language, and her package becomes a source of chaos among the city's inhabitants. Elsewhere, renowned actor Yuuhei Hanejima visits Ikebukuro for a unique TV segment designed to find the ideal couple to feature in one of his upcoming films. It is later disclosed that Yuuhei Hanejima is actually the alias of Kasuka Heiwajima, Shizuo's younger brother. When an anonymous online figure threatens to eliminate the famous actor, they come to understand the extent of their family ties. Moreover, Shizuo discovers that the person behind the assassination attempt is someone he deeply despises.
