After their parents died too soon, Han Yujin and Han Yoohyun became far closer than typical siblings, with Yujin raising his younger brother all on his own. When gates to otherworldly dungeons start opening worldwide—and then bursting open to unleash monsters on humanity—the world changes overnight, and so does the bond between the brothers. Yoohyun immediately awakens as a powerful S-rank hunter that hardly anyone can rival, while Yujin has to push himself much harder just to gain an awakening. Even then, he is crushed to learn his rank is F, making him essentially no different from an ordinary person. Over the next eight years, Yujin is completely cut off from his brother's life as Yoohyun builds Haeyeon, one of Korea's top hunter guilds. When a devastating tragedy grants Yujin the chance to have a wish fulfilled, he simply chooses to go back to a happier period. With his memories still intact, Yujin's only goal is to mend things with Yoohyun. He never anticipates a second awakening, nor that he will gain entirely different abilities than before. Though he remains an F-rank, Yujin is grateful just to be able to live quietly alongside his brother. But soon, Yujin finds himself drawn into the orbits of more and more high-ranking individuals whom he is uniquely able to assist.
