In "Let's Be a Family!!," Chiaki and Kazuma, a gay couple since their high school days, have their lives turned upside down when their childhood friend Tomoe reaches out to them. After she gives birth, they are happy to see her developing a sense of responsibility as a mother. But their relief doesn't last long when Tomoe shows up with her newborn daughter and asks the couple to raise her, since she plans to go abroad. As Chiaki and Kazuma get used to being parents to little Ayumi, they face many difficulties and grow more dependent on each other.
