Despite the distance separating them, Hikaru Kusakabe and Rihito Sajou continue to uphold the promise they made to each other. Every time Kusakabe visits, their connection deepens and grows stronger. Yet during the periods when they are apart, Sajou concentrates on his studies and builds closer relationships with his classmates. Kinosaki, one of Sajou’s fellow students, is surprised to learn about Sajou’s relationship with Kusakabe. Even though Kinosaki has feelings for Sajou, he chooses to support their relationship instead. Still, Kinosaki may not pose a real threat to their bond, as the clear affection between Kusakabe and Sajou shows the value of the future they are building together.
