Tokyo卍Revengers won the 44th Kodansha Manga Award in the Shounen category in 2020. The series ranked 12th in the 2022 Kono Manga ga Sugoi! for the Male Readers division. As of June 2024, over 80 million copies of the manga are in circulation. The series was published digitally in English as Tokyo Revengers by Kodansha USA from October 16, 2018, to June 13, 2023, and in print by Seven Seas Entertainment as 2-in-1 omnibus volumes from July 26, 2022, to March 25, 2025. It was also released in French by Glénat Éditions from April 17, 2019, to July 3, 2024; in Polish by Waneko from August 12, 2021, to January 17, 2023; in Argentina by Editorial Ivrea since October 22, 2021; in Brazilian Portuguese by Editora JBC since July 7, 2022; and in Romanian by Nezumi since October 18, 2023.
