Rumspringa no Joukei
Oswald "Oz" Carter, a bartender in Pennsylvania, is approached one evening to handle a mysterious young man who has been lingering in the bar's back corner for hours. Believing the stranger might be interested in his secondary occupation as a male escort, Oz takes him upstairs. After an unusual conversation and an abrupt kiss, Oz learns that the boy, Theodore Sullivan, is there due to his Rumspringa—a time when Amish youth venture out into the wider world to explore different lifestyles. Despite their vastly different backgrounds, Oz and Theodore form a quick bond. However, their contrasting upbringings pose a significant challenge to their relationship, particularly when Oz uncovers the implications of what follows Rumspringa.
