Summary

Last Order, also known as Misaka clone No. 20001, is a Level 3 Esper and the administrator of the Misaka Network. Serving as a fail-safe mechanism in case the Sisters go out of control, she is an affiliate of the Sisters clone group. Designed to appear as a ten-year-old girl standing 120 cm tall, she is not built to survive independently for long periods outside a culture container. Unlike her previous clones, she possesses the capacity to show emotions and shares a close bond with her adult mentors, Misaka Worst and Accelerator. Her primary ability is Radio Noise.
