Shinatose, Yure
Summary
Shinatose Yure was a scientist who aimed to boost the population of Sidonia by using cloning to create new humans capable of photosynthesis. This initiative was deemed necessary following the catastrophic incident a century earlier that had wiped out 99 percent of the ship's inhabitants. She is also known as the grandmother of Shinatose Izana.
