Summary
Julian Minci, also known by the alternate spelling Mintz, was born on March 26, 782 U.C. He became a war-orphan after losing his mother at a very young age and his father, an Alliance soldier, in battle. Through the wartime welfare program and the intervention of Vice Admiral Alex Cazellnu, Julian became the ward of Yang Wenli. Intelligent and responsible, Julian excels at domestic chores, effectively caring for the domestically incompetent Yang to the point where friends often question who is the guardian and who is the ward. Julian holds Yang in deep respect for his kindness and life philosophy. Although Yang desires a peaceful future for Julian, the boy dreams of becoming a soldier like his father and Yang.
