Summary
Rika Furude is an eleven-year-old student at Keiichi’s school, sharing the same grade as Satoko. The two are inseparable friends who reside together in the same household. As the revered heir to the local shrine, Rika serves as a miko during the annual Watanagashi Festival. Although she officially heads the Furude family following her parents' death, her young age means she rarely participates in town meetings. Despite her quiet demeanor, Rika has a distinctive way of speaking, frequently inserting nonsense syllables like "mi~" and "nipa~," and ending her sentences with "-nano desu," a habit that delights Rena’s love for cute things. She also tends to narrate events using onomatopoeia, describing actions with sounds such as "nya nya" and "scritch scritch" for a cat, or exclaiming "Clap! Clap! Clap!" while applauding.
