Summary

As a colleague of Shirai within the Judgment organization and a central figure in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, Kazari is characterized by her shy and humble demeanor. She attends Sakugawa Junior High, distinguishing her from Shirai, and is visually defined by a floral headband she wears alongside a surgical mask due to her frequent susceptibility to the flu. Although she has a fondness for sweets, her duties often call her away before she can indulge.
