Summary

Police Superintendent Matsudaira Katakuriko is a high-ranking government official operating under the direct authority of the Bakufu. Born on September 4, making him a Virgo, he stands 168 cm tall and weighs 64 kg. In his capacity as the immediate superior of Commander Kondo Isao, he holds direct command over the Shinsengumi. Known by the moniker 'God of Destruction,' Matsudaira possesses extremely violent tendencies and frequently resolves conflicts by deploying heavy weaponry, including bazookas and tanks, often carrying a pistol himself. He harbors a bizarre belief that individuals wearing sunglasses are typically assassins, a suspicion he ironically applies to others while wearing them himself.
