Summary

Born on October 3, Waver Velvet is a nineteen-year-old student at the Clock Tower, an institute of the Magus Association. Standing 157 cm tall and weighing 50 kg with blood type B, he is a mage from a recognized lineage spanning three generations. Despite his talent, he fails to gain recognition from his peers or lecturers. Waver is an intelligent young man who proposed a revolutionary theory that a mage's power could be enhanced through effort, experience, and knowledge rather than relying solely on inherited magical potential. His lecturer, the nobleman Kayneth Archibald El-Melloi, dismissed this idea and tore up Waver's manuscript without a second thought.
