Summary

Illyasviel von Einzbern is a young Teutonic aristocrat and Homunculus of the Einzbern family who travels to Japan to participate in the Holy Grail War as a Master. She possesses an angelic appearance and an unsurpassed degree of magical power. Living in a castle on the outskirts of Fuyuki City, she is accompanied only by her Servant, Berserker, and two maids. She asks those she feels comfortable around to simply call her "Illya." She likes snow and dislikes cats. Her famous quote to Shirou is, "I don't intend to kill you, Shirou. You're mine. I'll kill the other Masters, but you're special. That's why I locked you up here, so there won't be any interruptions." In the timeline of Fate/Zero, she is eight years old. In the Unlimited Blade Works route of Fate/stay night, she is eighteen years old. In Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya, she is ten years old with a birthday on July 20.
