Chihaya, Gunzou
Summary
Gunzou Chihaya is a former student of the Marine Technical Academy, also known as the Japanese National Marine Academy in the manga. He serves as the captain of the Sentoku I-401 submarine, the only Fog Vessel to defect to the human side. Chihaya leads the Blue Steel Crew, a group composed of his former classmates from the academy.
