Synopsis
In the peaceful French countryside, Remi lives happily with his mother until his estranged father unexpectedly returns. Strapped for money, the father reveals that Remi is adopted and then sells him off. Devastated by grief, Remi joins Vitalis' troupe—a traveling group of musicians and animal performers led by Vitalis. Together, they journey across the country looking for Remi's real parents, enduring many struggles on the road. This heartfelt tale explores the themes of friendship, loss, and the search for happiness.
