Born in Mexico DF, Sylvia Garza Ramírez is professionally known as Garcel. She comes from a family with a strong tradition in voice acting, as many of her relatives are also dub actors. In addition to her work in voice over, she is a qualified accountant and has honed her skills across radio, theater, television, and commercial narration. Among her notable roles, Garcel provided the voice for the mother of Lil and Phil DeVille in the American animated series Rugrats.
