Continues the story of Yowamushi Pedal: New Generation
In this third season of Yowamushi Pedal, Sohoku High School's cycling team triumphs over the reigning champions, Hakone Academy, at the Interhigh national competition. With the departure of third-year members Kinjou, Makishima, and Tadokoro after a grueling summer, the team now comprises primarily of first-years Onoda Sakamichi, Imaizumi Shunsuke, and Naruko Shoukichi, along with their new captain, second-year Teshima Junta, and vice-captain Aoyagi Hajime. As they gear up to defend their title at the upcoming Interhigh, they face renewed competition from Hakone Academy, which has also recruited new members to strengthen its ranks. Meanwhile, Kyoto Fushimi High, led by powerhouse Midousuji Akira, joins other elite schools nationwide in honing their skills to challenge for the top spot at the prestigious competition.
In this installment
Following disappointing results on the first two days of the Inter-High competition, the Souhoku High Bicycle Racing Club decides to improve their position on the final day. However, they face strong opposition from Hakone Academy's outstanding talent and Kyoto Fushimi High's tactical moves. Unfazed by these challenges, the Souhoku riders remain focused on their objective. They understand that only the team that reaches the finish line first will claim victory, no matter what tactics their rivals use.
